Shipping policy
How long will my order take to ship?
Please allow 3-4 business days processing time for the My Squiggle squad to package up your orders and send out. During peak periods (Christmas, Easter) please allow up to a 7-day processing time. (Please note, this is in addition to the delivery time frame outlined by Australia Post).
Delivery time frames:
Australian Domestic - Delivery time frame is between 2-5 business days or can be up to 10 business days to certain parts of Australia (Rural or remote locations) If a faster delivery time is required, please select Express Post option at the checkout. Please note express post refers to a faster postal service when your item is shipped. It does not affect or change our turnaround times stated on the website. My Squiggle cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries or loss, damage etc. in regards to a late delivery.
International orders - We offer international shipping. All International orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please view the Australia Post website for specific delivery time frames to your country. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. My Squiggle is not held responsible for these charges and are the customers responsibility.
Please use your tracking number provided to stay up to date with the progress of your order. If your order does not arrive within 25 business days, please contact us at hello@mysquiggle.com.au and we will assist you with chasing this up. *Please note, this also applies to express post. During a sale or around certain periods e.g., Christmas, Easter our turnaround times will increase. We will keep customers informed of this via social media. Please keep these times in mind when placing your order and wanting to receive it for a specific occasion.
How much is Australian Domestic & International shipping?
We offer standard and express shipping options.
- Standard Australian Domestic shipping is a flat rate of AU$10.99
- Express Australian Domestic shipping is a flat rate of AU$15.00
- Standard International shipping is a flat rate of AU$27.00
All orders are sent through Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number via email when your order has been fulfilled.
What happens if my parcel gets lost?
Please be aware we do not refund if an incorrect shipping address has been given. In the instance the item is returned to the sender (us) we will contact the customer for the correct address and charge the customer again for the original shipping costs to send out to the new address.
Change of address after order has been placed?
In the event the shipping address has been entered incorrectly at checkout please contact us at hello@mysquiggle.com.au and advise us of the correct address within a 24hour period. We are only able to make this change before the order has been shipped out. My Squiggle takes no responsibility for any order which has been sent out to the incorrect address or lost due to an incorrect address.
